 The Allen County Treasurer's Office offers several Property Tax payment options. You can select a payment method that is most convenient and helpful to you.

Tax Payment Options:

  • Single Electronic Payment  - One time online payment.
  • Spring/Fall Pay Option - Payments are drawn from your account every spring and fall on the tax due date.
  • Monthly Pay Plan - Property taxes are drawn monthly on the date you choose.

The Treasurer's Office also provides the option of paying by Credit Card. There is a fee of 3.5% for this service.

Tax Due and Mailing Dates

  • Mailing date for 2012 tax bills is April 9.
  • NOTE: Both Spring and Fall Payments are on the same Bill. There will be no Fall Billing!
    Taxes are due and payable even if you do not receive a bill. Penalties will apply to late payments. (IC 6-1.1-2-4 & IC 6-1.1-22-8.1)
  • The first (Spring) tax bill installment:       May 10, 2012.
  • The second (Fall) tax bill installment:      November 13, 2012.
