The economic development staff maintains a database of Allen County industrial sites that range in size from 10 to 700 acres.  Site profiles including utility, zoning and other pertinent development information are available and can be requested by contacting the department. 

The Allen County database consists of sites outside the corporate limits of Fort Wayne while the City of Fort Wayne economic development staff maintains a database that consists of a mix of buildings and sites in and near the corporate limits of the city.  The County, City, and other entities share information to keep their databases current.

Company representatives and site selectors have several options for site searches within Allen County.  Representatives are welcome to contact the economic development staff who maintain the site database or the Fort Wayne - Allen County Economic Development Alliance which maintains comprehensive information for sites located in all of Allen County.  Profiles for sites meeting specific search criteria can be provided.  All contacts are kept confidential.
