The Records Management Division oversees the maintenance and microfilming of the records of the Court, while adhering to the confidentiality guidelines and retention schedules of the Indiana Supreme Court. This division is also responsible for recording and maintaining all marriage records for Allen County as well as issuing certified copies of court records. Click on the links below to find out how to request a copy of a court record or a marriage license.

The Records Management Division is located in Room 202 of the Allen County Courthouse, 715 South Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, unless the Courthouse is closed for a legal holiday.
